IT & Business Systems Manager
$100000 - $110000 per year | Camarillo, CA | Remote | Permanent
We are looking for a hands-on IT and Business Systems Manager to lead day-to-day technology for our team
A bit about us:
As the IT & Business Systems Manager, you will own and help shape the technology systems that support the company's day-to-day business operations, with a strong focus on Salesforce, NetSuite, and the processes connecting teams across Sales, Finance, Operations, Billing, and Customer Support.
This is a broad, hands-on role that sits at the intersection of business systems, operations, and IT. A major part of the position will be overseeing Salesforce and NetSuite through the administrators who support those platforms, evaluating business requests, improving processes, and determining where technology changes will create meaningful business value.
You do not need to be the hands-on Salesforce or NetSuite administrator, but you should understand how CRM and ERP platforms support business operations and be comfortable managing the people, priorities, integrations, and processes surrounding them.
You will also oversee the company's U.S. IT environment and remain comfortable stepping in when an escalated technical issue requires hands-on support.
The environment is highly focused on automation and AI, giving you the opportunity to improve existing workflows and identify new ways technology can make the organization more efficient.
