Heinen’s, Inc. is seeking an IT Business Analyst to join our Warrensville Heights corporate office.

You will develop product expertise in enterprise systems, craft effective workflows, and recommend optimizations that align business needs with technical implementations. The role requires strong communication with both technical and non-technical users, along with the ability to learn across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical or communication-oriented field.
• 3+ years of business analysis, project management, or process improvement experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Teams).
• Experience with ITSM or work management systems (JIRA, Service Now, Freshworks).

Responsibilities

• Analyzes, optimizes, and documents existing workflow processes.
• Identifies potential system integrations and business process improvements.
• Writes business requirements and user stories; participates in testing.
• Evaluates modern software solutions to replace legacy processes.
• Provides backup support for departmental systems and workflows.
