Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS, or related field.
• 2–5 years of IT analysis or related experience.
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements.
• Understanding of SDLC concepts.
• Experience with IT development, implementation, or support teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and workflows to identify improvements.
• Gather, document, and analyze requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct interviews, workshops, and requirements sessions with users.
• Translate requirements into functional and technical specs.
• Create BRDs, functional specs, user stories, and use cases.
• Analyze current systems for gaps and risks.
• Develop current and future state process maps.
• Collaborate with developers and project teams.
• Evaluate IT solutions for alignment with requirements.
• Define acceptance criteria and support validation.
• Assist with system implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Support UAT with test scenarios and cases.
• Document defects, issues, and change requests.
• Maintain requirements traceability throughout projects.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies when applicable.
• Prepare project docs and status reports.
• Support change management and user training.
• Monitor solutions and gather user feedback.
• Maintain accurate system and process documentation.
• Ensure IT solutions align with policies and security.
