Haselden Construction in Centennial, CO is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to improve business processes, support ERP workflows, and connect business needs with technology solutions across operations and finance.

You will partner with stakeholders and developers to document requirements, build reports and dashboards using SQL, SSRS, Crystal Reports, and Power BI, and help manage change as new systems are adopted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, IS, CS, or related field.
• Experience with ERP processes in job costing, accounting, AP, AR.
• Experience writing clear business requirements and documenting workflows.
• Strong communication and ability to translate tech to business users.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements with stakeholders across construction operations, accounting, and other functions.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements for developers; confirm delivered solutions meet business needs.
• Document current and future workflows and business processes, including ERP job costing, accounting, AP, and AR.
• Identify process improvement opportunities, recommend practical solutions, and help implement changes.
• Help develop long-term strategies and plans for continuous business process improvement.
• Evaluate new software and technology against business requirements and learn new applications to support effective use.
• Define requirements for system integrations, coordinate testing, and work with technical teams to resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using SQL, SSRS, Crystal Reports, and Power BI.
• Support change management by assessing impacts, engaging stakeholders, and developing communications and training materials.
• Help employees adopt new systems and processes; measure adoption with project teams and leaders.
• Manage small team projects, coordinate tasks and priorities, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Identify areas where AI can improve user experience and productivity.
