Job summary

Heinen’s Financial Systems Analyst at Heinen’s, Inc. in Warrensville Heights, OH, will serve as the subject matter expert for NetSuite functionality, configuration, and data dependencies as the company implements a new General Ledger system and optimizes ongoing operations.

You will partner with finance leadership, IT, and vendors to ensure system capabilities align with business requirements, develop reporting templates, train internal users, and drive continuous improvement across the NetSuite

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4+ years of accounting/finance experience in a NetSuite environment, including General Ledger.
• Strong communication across internal and customer-facing channels.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and levels of an organization.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Define, design, and document cross-functional business requirements for NetSuite features, processes, and procedures.
• Develop, manage, and execute test scripts; document defects and track resolution.
• Identify, assess, elevate issues; support timely delivery of phased rollouts.
• Lead product sprint deployments, planning, UAT, and release management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, leadership, technology teams, and vendors for project outcomes.
• Support and train internal stakeholders on NetSuite functionality and processes; create training materials.
• Provide guidance on resolving system-related issues and customer-reported questions.
• Identify business challenges and propose innovative NetSuite solutions and processes.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance NetSuite reporting templates and data queries.
• Serve as Finance liaison between NetSuite and IT post-implementation.
• Foster delivery culture, collaboration, and continuous improvement; manage change control.
• Monitor NetSuite updates and assess impact on processes and reporting.
• Provide NetSuite reporting for monthly packages, dashboards, and ad hoc reports.
