Job summary

Global Payments is seeking an energetic Outside Sales Representative to join our ISV Sales Team and drive growth across key markets. You will convert leads, self-source payments opportunities, and manage client records in our CRM while building strong partnerships with ISVs and business owners.

The role requires a hunter mindset, excellent presentation and communication skills, and the ability to be in the field up to 75% of the time.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Regular driving to visit client sites and a valid driver's license.
• B2B sales experience and CRM familiarity are a plus.
• Willingness to work in the field up to 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Convert leads to sales from ISV partners and self-source payments opportunities.
• Maintain CRM records with call notes, interactions, and contact details (Salesforce).
• Meet minimum production requirements and secure first appointments.
• Stay current on partnerships, product/service portfolio, and ISV partner changes.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leadership.
• Additional duties as needed.
