Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an ISP Technician for remote work within 90 miles of Huntsville, AL to provide 24x7 technical support for Cable, Modem, Internet services. You will handle calls, chats, and emails while assisting customers with connectivity issues.

Expect to manage 50–75 tickets per 8-hour shift, learn 50+ client accounts, and navigate multiple systems. Training is mandatory and home internet must be reliable and hardwired.

Qualifications

• Customer-oriented technical support for an ISP in a 24x7 environment.
• Must learn 50+ client accounts and navigate multiple ticketing systems.
• Attend 1-month training with attendance policy compliance.
• Work from home with reliable internet and hardwired connection.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class external customer support for an ISP 24x7x365.
• Answer technical support calls, chats and emails professionally.
• Manage 50-75 tickets per 8-hour shift.
• Support 50+ client accounts and navigate member systems.
• Diagnose voice, data, video, and connectivity issues.
• Document calls in multiple ticketing systems.
• Provide backup support for other reps.
• Adhere to attendance policy and avoid call hopping.
