Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with IPTV, cable TV, and/or home automation/security systems preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Install and service IPTV, high-speed data, and voice services in residential environments.
• Install and service home security and automation systems per codes and standards.
• Splice fiber connectors and use fiber diagnostic tools.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and test performance.
• Configure wired and wireless networks and devices.
• Maintain tools and report damaged materials or incorrect information.
