TEKsystems is seeking a remote ISP Technician in Davenport, IA to handle inbound customer support for internet services in a fast-paced, 24x7 environment. You will learn the systems used to assist 50+ client accounts and diagnose voice, data, video, and connectivity issues.

The role requires strict attendance during the first month of training and offers a contract-to-hire path with a 40-hour workweek and shift options. Home internet must be reliable and wired.

Qualificações

• Provide world-class external, customer support for an ISP in a 24x7x365 environment.
• Handle 50–75 tickets per 8-hour shift.
• Learn and support 50+ client accounts, navigating systems per member.
• Adhere to attendance policy during the initial training period.

Responsabilidades

• Answer technical support calls, chats, and emails professionally.
• Troubleshoot internet, cable, and modems for business and residential customers.
• Document and record calls in multiple ticketing systems.
• Provide backup assistance for other Technical Support Representatives.
