The role involves maintaining broker relationships, conducting visits, and ensuring submissions are compliant. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of experience in mortgage lending, and proven sales skills. This is a hybrid position offering a base salary with commission potential, situated in New Jersey.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Non-QM mortgage lending required.
• Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Must have personal vehicle, laptop, and cellphone.

Mansioni

• Build and maintain relationships with mortgage brokers.
• Conduct in-office broker visits four days a week.
• Collaborate with Account Representatives for broker meetings.
