Job summary

Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Technical Support Representative for its Payment Solutions client services team. This remote role handles inbound phone calls and online chats to educate on bill pay, navigate sites, resolve issues, and perform basic troubleshooting.

The successful candidate will provide level one support, document issues thoroughly, and participate in ongoing product training. The position requires strong customer service mindset and prior call center experience.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year of technical or product support experience in a corporate environment.
• Previous experience in a call center setting is required.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide level one troubleshooting for financial institutions for iPay products.
• Communicate with clients via phone and chat regarding iPay use and issues.
• Participate in training to stay current on iPay product changes and upgrades.
• Provide detailed notes, document issues, and escalate as needed.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
