Job summary

Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Coordinator to act as a liaison between customers, the assigned manager, and installation teams, ensuring successful implementations. This remote role covers multiple U.S.

office areas, with responsibilities from readiness reviews to escalation of issues. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in financial services or FinTech and debit card experience; a degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial institution or FinTech company.
• Minimum of 3 years of debit card experience (for example - new accounts, switch blocks, limits, disputes, conversions).
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a leader and resource for installation team members.
• Prepares customer for implementation including readiness reviews.
• Establishes guidelines and timelines to ensure a successful installation.
• Monitors installation phases and escalates issues as needed.
• Troubleshoots issues after implementation and documents learnings.
• Contributes to process and product improvements.
• May train installation team personnel and customers.
• May participate in new release activities.
• May assist with scope determination and sales turnover meetings.
