Job summary

Arcesium LLC is seeking an attorney with an intellectual property and technology transactions background to join its Legal & Compliance team. The role is primarily focused on IP and technology transactions, with potential involvement in general corporate, employment, litigation, and other matters.

This position can be based remotely within the United States. You will draft, review, and negotiate customer and vendor agreements, handle various technology and service contracts, and interact with

Qualifications

• JD or law degree with a strong academic record.
• 3–5 years of in-house or law-firm experience in licensing, technology and commercial contracts.
• Experience with open-source software and/or generative AI is a plus.
• Excellent analytical abilities, judgment, attention to detail, and drafting/communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate customer and vendor agreements.
• Handle technology, purchase, service, and consulting agreements.
• Review RFPs and DDQs as primary representative of the Legal team.
• Serve as the internal point of contact for outside counsel handling NDAs.
• Advise business teams on intellectual property matters and other legal issues, including AI-related matters.
• Support general corporate, employment, and litigation matters as needed.
