Job summary

Arcesium is seeking an IP and technology transactions attorney to join its US Legal & Compliance team. This role is remote within the US and focuses on drafting and negotiating customer and vendor agreements, including technology, service, and consulting contracts.

The successful candidate will review RFPs and DDQs, advise on IP matters including generative AI, and support corporate, employment, and litigation matters as needed. A law degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience is required.

Qualifications

• Law degree and 3-5 years in-house or law firm experience with licensing and commercial contracts.
• Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills; open-source or generative AI experience a plus.
• Comfortable with competing priorities and independent work.
