Required 2-year degree or Paralegal Certificate (4-year preferred) and 3–5 years IP docketing experience with PattsyWave. Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe; strong attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree or Paralegal Certificate required; 4-year degree preferred.
• 3-5 years IP docketing experience with PattsyWave.
• Strong knowledge of patent and trademark prosecution processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe products; ability to manage large spreadsheets.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical abilities, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Docket for designated assignment groups across multiple offices.
• Review filings to identify and deadline docketing.
• Verify docket entries and update related reports.
• Collaborate with IP Docket Manager to improve processes.
• Onboard incoming portfolios and assist with transfers.
• Stay current with US and foreign filing rules and regulations.
