Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a high-performing business development executive to drive new revenue by sourcing IoT deployment opportunities and building channel partnerships globally. This hunter role targets multi-site programs with device manufacturers and enterprise clients, navigating complex sales cycles and creating strategic alliances.

You will engage C-suite leaders, manage a global pipeline, and collaborate with marketing, operations, and delivery teams to convert

Qualifications

7+ years of B2B business development experience with a track record of closing large, complex contracts.
Experience building channel partnerships or manufacturer/vendor referral relationships.
Experience selling to enterprise technology/real estate teams, device manufacturers, or proptech vendors.

Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and pursue global IoT deployment opportunities across client verticals.
Build and manage channel partnerships with IoT device manufacturers and technology providers.
Lead proposal development, pricing strategy, and client presentations; own the opportunity through closing.
