Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a high-performing, globally oriented business development executive to drive new revenue through IoT device installation and deployment opportunities. This hunter role sources new clients, builds channel partnerships with device manufacturers, and develops a global pipeline of multi-site programs.

You will engage C-suite and VP-level buyers and structure deals with a strong commercial acumen.

Qualifications

7+ years of B2B business development with large, complex contracts.
Experience building channel partnerships or vendor referral relationships.
Experience selling to two or more buyer types: enterprise tech/real estate, device manufacturers, proptech vendors, facilities management, government.
Strong commercial acumen—structure deals, negotiate terms, assess viability.
Excellent communication and executive presence; comfortable presenting to C-suite and technical audiences.
Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and pursue global IoT deployment opportunities with multi-site clients.
Develop and manage a high-volume pipeline across verticals including corporate real estate, logistics, healthcare, education, government, and hospitality.
Build and manage channel partnerships with IoT device manufacturers.
Lead proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations with delivery teams.
Maintain market intelligence and report pipeline trends to leadership.
Collaborate with CRM and marketing to surface cross-sell opportunities.
