Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated's Data Collection & Analytics (DCA) unit seeks a high-performing business development executive to source global IoT deployment opportunities. You will cultivate partnerships with device manufacturers and enterprise clients, building a robust, multi-site pipeline and guiding opportunities from qualification to close.

Competenze

• 7+ years of B2B business development experience with a track record of closing large, multi-stakeholder service contracts.
• Demonstrated success building channel partnerships or manufacturer/vendor referral relationships.
• Experience selling to Enterprise technology/real estate teams, device manufacturers, proptech vendors, facilities management, or government agencies.
• Strong commercial acumen — able to structure deals, negotiate terms, and assess viability.
• Excellent communication and executive presence; comfortable presenting to C-suite and technical audiences.
• Proficiency with CRMs (Salesforce preferred) and pipeline management.
• Willingness to travel globally in support of client and partner engagement.

• Develop and manage a high-volume opportunity pipeline across corporate real estate, logistics, healthcare, education, government, hospitality.
• Engage directly with C-suite and VP-level decision-makers to create and advance opportunities.
• Build and manage strategic channel partnerships with IoT device manufacturers, negotiating referrals and vendor arrangements.
• Develop go-to-market strategies with partners to accelerate pipeline and expand geographic reach.
• Lead proposal, RFP responses, and client presentations with delivery teams; define pursuit strategy and pricing.
• Own opportunities through close and ensure smooth transition to delivery with executive visibility.
