Job summary

Samsara is recruiting a Customer Success Manager to partner with customers and drive value across their IoT platform. You will work with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering and Product to deliver lasting outcomes and scale in a hyper-growth environment.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in customer success or related roles, experience with technical products, and fluency in English and Spanish. This is a remote role with travel as needed and international scope.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in Customer Success, account management, or consulting; SaaS experience preferred.
• Experience supporting or working with technical products.
• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.
• Spanish and English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Be on the front-lines and ensure our customers increase safety, efficiency, and sustainability with our IoT platform.
• Compose joint success plans with customers outlining objectives, metrics, timelines and remove barriers to value.
• Orchestrate renewal-focused business reviews with customers and align on upcoming goals.
• Understand the company platform’s capabilities and explain them to diverse businesses.
• Mitigate escalations and resolve customer issues.
• Help customers with a wide range of general inquiries and questions.
• Solve customer issues and escalations about the company products and services.
• Provide multi-channel service including phone, email, and web requests.
• Prioritize work queue and backlog along with incoming requests.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the service cycle from start to close.
• Champion the company’s cultural principles as we scale globally.
