Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking an Investor Reporting Analyst to generate monthly investor reports, analyze results, and ensure timely compliance with servicing agreements. This role handles routine accounts under established investor contracts and supports other mortgage servicing teams.

The position offers remote work from home, a starting pay range of $31-$36 per hour, and opportunities to grow within a growing company that serves borrowers and investors nationwide.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of related experience in investor accounting and reporting required.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements is required.
• Ability to understand complex problems and collaborate on solutions.
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload.

Responsibilities

• Create and distribute daily and monthly loan-level reports to appropriate trustee.
• Balance cash received vs cash remitted including advance activity tracking.
• Remits funds to investors by preparing wire transfers.
• Forecast monthly principal and interest advances for securitizations.
• Review payment history and system postings to balance cash activity.
• Maintain the reporting system for changes of scheduled balances and reinstatements.
• Analyze remittance differences to reconcile cash in custodial accounts.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
