Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of investor accounting and reporting experience required.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and collaborate on solutions.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Creates and distributes daily and monthly loan-level reports to the trustee and investors.
• Balances cash received against cash remitted and tracks advance activity.
• Prepares wire transfers to remit funds to investors per servicing agreements.
• Forecasts principal and interest advances for securitizations monthly.
• Reviews payment history and system postings to balance cash activity.
• Maintains reporting system for changes in balances, stop codes, and reinstated loans.
• Analyzes remittance differences and reconciles to custodial accounts.
• Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
