Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of investor accounting and reporting experience.
• Strong knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and collaborate on solutions.
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet short-term deadlines.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication about investor reporting.
• Ability to interpret investor and agency guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Create and distribute loan-level reports to trustees, including key investor reports.
• Balance cash activity and remittance data across accounts.
• Process funds transfers to investors per servicing agreements.
• Forecast monthly principal and interest advances for securitizations.
• Review payment histories and system postings for accuracy.
• Maintain reporting records of scheduled balances and reinstated loans.
• Audit pool-to-security reconciliations for discrepancies.
• Analyze remittance differences and support custodial accounting.
• Perform ad hoc projects as assigned.
