Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations, including physical inventories, cycle counts, and discrepancy investigations. You will analyze data to reduce write-offs, establish SOPs, and monitor KPIs.

The role partners with Pharmacy Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Compliance, Data, Product, and Engineering to strengthen inventory controls and automate reporting. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience managing inventory in pharmacy operations, supply chain, warehousing, distribution, manufacturing, or related environment.
• Experience leading physical inventories, cycle counts, reconciliations, and discrepancy investigations.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas) and data analysis.
• Experience with SQL, BI tools (Looker/Power BI) and ERP systems.
• Experience creating inventory reports, dashboards, or KPIs.
• Experience training employees on inventory systems and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations, including physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Analyze inventory data to identify root causes and reduce adjustments, write-offs, and shrink.
• Establish standard processes for receiving, put-away, movement, dispensing, returns and disposition.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, days on hand, turns, expirations, and KPIs.
• Build dashboards and reports highlighting risks, trends and exceptions.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Compliance, Data, Product, and Engineering.
