Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations, driving accuracy and standardization in receiving, movement, and disposition. You will turn data into practical improvements while ensuring compliance and patient safety.

You will partner with Pharmacy Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Compliance, Data, Product, and Engineering to strengthen controls and automate reporting. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• Experience with WMS, preferably Tecsys in pharmacy operations.
• Experience leading inventories, cycle counts, reconciliations, and investigations.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).
• Experience with SQL/BI tools for inventory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations and cycle counts.
• Analyze inventory data to identify root causes and reduce discrepancies.
• Establish standard processes for receiving, movement, dispensing, and disposition.
• Monitor accuracy, days on hand, turns, expirations, and KPIs.
• Build dashboards and reports highlighting risks, trends, and exceptions.
• Support DSCSA requirements and product traceability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen controls.
• Develop SOPs and training materials for inventory processes.
• Improve systems and automate manual controls and reporting.
• Lead inventory team members and measure performance.
