Fuze Health is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to lead pharmacy operations inventory programs and drive accuracy across receiving, storage, and dispensing. You will analyze data, reduce write-offs and shrink, and establish standardized processes to improve control and compliance.

Travel up to 25% is expected; an incentive bonus is available and equity is not offered. You will work with Finance, Compliance, IT, and Operations to implement SOPs and train the inventory team.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Experience managing inventory within pharmacy operations, supply chain, warehousing, distribution, manufacturing, or related environment.
• Experience leading physical inventories, cycle counts, inventory reconciliations, and discrepancy investigations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel or equivalent spreadsheet skills, including pivot tables, lookup functions, formulas, and data analysis.
• Experience with SQL, Looker, Net Suite or Power BI
• Experience creating inventory reports, dashboards, or performance metrics.
• Experience developing and implementing standard operating procedures and inventory controls.
• Experience training employees on inventory systems, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations, incl. physical inventories, cycle counts, reconciliations, and discrepancy investigations.
• Analyze inventory data to identify root causes and reduce adjustments, write-offs, expired products, excess inventory, and shrink.
• Establish standardized processes for receiving, put-away, inventory movement, dispensing, returns, transfers, quarantine, and disposition.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, days on hand, inventory turns, expirations, and other KPIs.
• Build dashboards and reports that highlight inventory risks, trends, and exceptions.
• Partner with Pharmacy Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Compliance, Data, Product, and Engineering to strengthen inventory controls.
• Develop SOPs and training materials for inventory processes.
• Improve inventory systems and automate manual controls and reporting.
• Lead and train inventory team members while establishing clear performance measures.
• Support audits, new pharmacy locations, system implementations, and expansion.
