Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to lead inventory programs across pharmacy operations, oversee cycle counts, discrepancies, and write-offs, and standardize receiving, put-away, and disposition processes.

You will partner with Pharmacy Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Data, Product, and Engineering to improve controls, develop SOPs, dashboards and training, and support audits and new locations; travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in supply chain or operations.
• Experience managing inventory in pharmacy operations or healthcare supply chains.
• Experience leading physical inventories, cycle counts, and reconciliations.
• Strong root-cause analysis using transaction data and SOPs.
• Proficiency with ERP, inventory systems, and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations.
• Analyze data to reduce discrepancies, write-offs, and shrink.
• Establish standard receiving, put-away, and disposition processes.
• Monitor KPIs like days on hand and turns.
• Develop SOPs and training materials.
• Support audits and new locations.
