Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is hiring an Inventory Control Manager to lead pharmacy inventory programs, drive accuracy, and optimize processes across locations. You will manage cycles, discrepancy investigations, and KPI tracking while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires hands-on experience with inventory systems, ERP tools, and advanced Excel. Travel up to 25% is expected, with remote-friendly arrangements and a focus on compliance and optimization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading inventory in pharmacy operations or healthcare supply chains.
• Experience managing physical inventories, cycle counts, and discrepancy investigations.
• Ability to perform root-cause analysis using transaction data and process docs.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis.
• Experience with ERP/inventory management systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP).
• Experience developing SOPs and training materials for inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations, including cycles and discrepancies.
• Analyze inventory data to identify root causes and reduce adjustments and shrink.
• Establish standardized processes for receiving, put-away, movement, dispensing, returns and disposition.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, days on hand, turns, expirations, and KPIs.
• Build dashboards and reports highlighting risks, trends and exceptions.
• Partner with Pharmacy Ops, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Compliance, Data, Product, and Engineering.
• Develop SOPs and training materials for inventory processes.
• Improve inventory systems and automate manual controls and reporting.
• Lead and train inventory team members with clear performance metrics.
• Support audits, new locations, system implementations, and expansions.
