Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to lead inventory programs across pharmacy operations, perform cycle counts, reconciliations, and investigations into discrepancies.

You will build standard procedures for receiving, storage, movement, and disposition, monitor KPIs like days on hand and inventory turns, and partner with multiple teams to strengthen controls and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing inventory within pharmacy operations, supply chain, warehousing, distribution, or a related environment.
• Experience leading physical inventories, cycle counts, inventory reconciliations, and discrepancy investigations.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis.
• Proficient in SQL, Looker, NetSuite or Power BI for inventory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations, including physical inventories, cycle counts, reconciliations, and discrepancy investigations.
• Analyze inventory data to identify root causes and reduce adjustments, write-offs, expired products, excess inventory, and shrink.
• Establish standardized processes for receiving, put-away, inventory movement, dispensing, returns, transfers, quarantine, and disposition.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, days on hand, inventory turns, expirations, and other KPIs.
• Build dashboards and reports highlighting inventory risks, trends, and exceptions.
• Partner with multiple departments to strengthen inventory controls.
• Develop SOPs and training materials for inventory processes.
• Improve inventory systems and automate controls and reporting.
• Lead and train inventory team members with clear performance measures.
• Support audits, new locations, system implementations, and expansions.
