Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to lead programs across pharmacy operations, conducting physical inventories, cycle counts, reconciliations, and investigations.

You will analyze data to reduce write-offs, excess stock, and discrepancies, while standardizing receiving, put-away, movement, dispensing, returns, and disposition. You will monitor key metrics, build dashboards, and collaborate with Pharmacy Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Compliance, Data,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in supply chain/operations.
• Experience managing inventory within pharmacy operations or related environment.
• Experience leading physical inventories, cycle counts, and discrepancy investigations.
• Ability to perform root-cause analysis using inventory data.
• Working knowledge of inventory control methods and loss prevention.
• Experience with SQL, Looker, Power BI or similar BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations including physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Analyze data to identify root causes and reduce adjustments, write-offs, and shrink.
• Establish standardized processes for receiving, put-away, movement, dispensing, returns and disposition.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, days on hand, turns, expirations and KPIs.
• Build dashboards and reports highlighting inventory risks and trends.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen controls and compliance.
• Develop SOPs and training materials for inventory processes.
