Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Manager to lead pharmacy operations inventory controls, drive accuracy, and reduce discrepancies.

You will turn data into actionable process improvements and implement standardized procedures for receiving, storage, dispensing, and disposition across multiple locations. Responsibilities include leading cycle counts, developing dashboards, supporting audits, and training the inventory team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience managing inventory within pharmacy operations, supply chain, warehousing, distribution, manufacturing, or related environment.
• Experience leading physical inventories, cycle counts, reconciliations, and discrepancy investigations.
• Strong root‑cause analysis using inventory transactions and process data.
• Knowledge of cycle‑count programs, adjustment controls, aging, and loss prevention.
• Experience with ERP, inventory management systems and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations, including physical inventories, cycle counts, reconciliations, and discrepancy investigations.
• Analyze inventory data to identify root causes and reduce adjustments, write-offs, expired products, excess inventory, and shrink.
• Establish standardized processes for receiving, put‑away, inventory movement, dispensing, returns, transfers, quarantine, and disposition.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, days on hand, inventory turns, expirations, and other KPIs.
• Build dashboards and reports highlighting inventory risks, trends, and exceptions.
• Partner with Pharmacy Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Compliance, Data, Product, and Engineering to strengthen inventory controls.
• Develop SOPs and training materials for inventory processes.
• Improve inventory systems and automate manual controls and reporting.
• Lead and train inventory team members with clear performance measures.
• Support audits, new pharmacy locations, system implementations, and expansions.
