Job summary

Fuze Health seeks an Inventory Control Manager to lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations, including physical inventories, cycle counts, and discrepancy investigations. You will build standardized processes, analyze data, and partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen controls.

The role requires experience with WMS (Tecsys), SQL, Looker or Power BI, and advanced Excel. Travel up to 25% may be required; remote work options are available and a competitive compensation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with WMS, preferably Tecsys.
• Experience in pharmacy operations, supply chain, warehousing, or related environment.
• Experience leading physical inventories, cycle counts and discrepancy investigations.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience using SQL, Looker, NetSuite or Power BI.
• Experience creating inventory reports, dashboards, or KPIs.
• Experience developing and implementing SOPs and inventory controls.
• Experience training employees on inventory systems and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations including physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Analyze inventory data to identify root causes and reduce write-offs and shrink.
• Establish standardized processes for receiving, put-away, movement, dispensing, returns, and disposition.
• Monitor accuracy, days on hand, turns, expirations and other KPIs.
• Build dashboards and reports highlighting risks, trends and exceptions.
• Support DSCSA requirements and product traceability and investigations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen inventory controls.
• Develop SOPs and training materials for inventory processes.
• Improve inventory systems and automate manual controls and reporting.
• Lead and train inventory team members and measure performance.
• Support audits, new locations, system implementations and expansions.
