Qualifications

• 2+ years in high-volume sales, telemarketing, or high-volume recruiting.
• 1+ years of experience working from home.
• Fluent English with business level experience.
• Positive, upbeat, and engaging personality with excellent phone etiquette.
• Ability to stay motivated during repetitive tasks.

Responsabilités

• Conduct a high volume of outbound calls (200-300) daily via autodialer to job applicants.
• Confirm interview dates, times, and other details clearly and professionally.
• Encourage applicants to attend scheduled interviews.
• Answer basic questions about the interview process.
• Accurately update applicant status and record outcomes in the tracking system.
• Meet daily and weekly targets for confirmed appointments.
• Maintain a positive, friendly, and professional demeanor on calls.
