Qualifications

• Experience with calendar entries and online applicant records.
• Strong written communication in email and messaging.
• Ability to follow approved scheduling guidance.

Responsibilities

• Check calendar entries against the interview schedule.
• Record candidate responses in the online applicant record.
• Keep interviews distinct and properly labeled in the system.
• Notify recruiters of any changes and obtain direction for updates.
• Send concise messages through the approved channel and document confirmations, questions or cancellations.
