Inclusively Remote is seeking a proactive Sales and Scheduling Coordinator for a fully remote role. You will manage outreach and scheduling across two companies using JustCall, CallRail and a CRM, handling warm leads and calendar coordination in a fast-paced environment with Pacific Time hours.

Citizenship or location in the United States is preferred, with 3+ years in sales or business development and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in sales, outreach support, or business development.
• Experience using JustCall and CallRail is required.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and scheduling workflows.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Answer inbound calls and respond promptly to leads from multiple sources.
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls and messages to warm leads to secure appointments.
• Manage and update the CRM with accurate client records, appointment details, and lead status.
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate calendars for two companies.
• Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, and SMS during inquiry and booking.
• Provide light personal assistant support including meeting reminders and calendar management.
