You will partner with internal teams to deliver end-to-end logistics solutions and sustain long-term client relationships. The position emphasizes a hunter mentality, deep freight knowledge, and strong negotiation and strategic thinking to achieve

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in Logistics/Freight Forwarding, including field sales or operational experience.
• Deep knowledge of international freight (import/export) and consolidation.
• Strong hunter mentality, negotiation skills, and strategic thinking.
• Willingness to travel and fluency in English (written & spoken).

Responsibilities

• Win new clients and grow existing accounts through strategic, face-to-face sales.
• Build strong relationships by understanding customer needs and industry trends.
