ALS Recruiting Ltd in the United States is seeking an International Business Development Manager to drive growth for a leading global freight and logistics service provider. You will identify new clients and expand existing relationships, collaborating with product teams and sales channels to win strategic business.

The role is fully remote and requires 3–5 years in logistics sales or related operations, plus strong English communication and travel willingness. Base+commission DOE.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years field sales in freight forwarding or 2 years of operations.
• Good knowledge of international freight (import/export), consolidation.
• Strong conflict management, decision making and strategic planning.
• Hunter mentality, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel; fluency in English.

Responsabilités

• Win, retain and develop customers through hunting activity and appointments.
• Assess accounts for profitability and strategic value for bids.
• Build rapport with customers and coordinate with Product teams and channels.
• Increase gross profit and market share; maintain client relationships.
• Follow up on offers, monitor shipments and develop clients.
• Execute strategic sales aligned with growth plans; develop tactics to meet targets.
• Recommend solutions based on customer needs and industry knowledge.
