ALS Recruiting Ltd is seeking a dynamic Sales professional to develop new clients and grow existing business in the USA. The role is fully remote, with a base salary of $50k to $150k plus commission dependent on experience and performance.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in field sales within freight forward­ing, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to travel as needed. You will work to expand market share and drive growth in line with international strategy.

Qualifications

• Requires 1–3 years of field sales in freight forwarding or 2 years of operations experience.
• Knowledge of international freight (import/export) and consolidation.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills; hunter mentality.
• Fluency in English; willingness to travel; ability to work remotely.

Responsabilités

• Win, retain and develop customers through proactive hunting and appointment setting.
• Assess profitability and strategic value for bids.
• Build rapport and trust; coordinate with product teams and other channels.
• Increase gross profit and market share; maintain ongoing client relationships.
• Follow up on offers and client development; monitor shipments and countermeasures.
