Pan Atlantic Foundation is seeking an International Area Representative to recruit host families and guide them through the application and orientation process for student exchange programs. You will build relationships with local schools and communities while providing ongoing support throughout the student’s stay.

The role emphasizes strong interpersonal skills, independent work, and reliability, with remote work options and flexible scheduling to fit your responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build trust with families, schools, and students from diverse backgrounds.
• Comfortable conducting in-home visits and interviews.
• Self-motivated; able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable transportation for local travel to schools and host family homes.
• Basic computer literacy for online documentation and applications.
• Experience in education, outreach, or customer service is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with international education or cultural exchange programs is helpful but not required.

Responsabilités

• Identify and recruit prospective host families within the assigned area to support international student exchange programs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local schools to raise awareness of student exchange opportunities.
• Promote public awareness of exchange programs through community outreach and engagement activities.
• Guide prospective host families through the online application process on the organization's website.
• Conduct in-home interviews with potential host families and verify references to ensure suitability.
• Facilitate host family orientations prior to student arrival to set expectations and provide program guidance.
• Perform monthly check-ins with host families and students via phone calls or in-person visits.
• Document all interactions, check-ins, and progress reports accurately in the online system.
