Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit prospective host families within the assigned area to support international student exchange programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with local schools to raise awareness of exchange opportunities.
• Promote program awareness through community outreach and engagement activities.
• Guide host families through the online application process on the organization's website.
• Conduct in-home interviews and verify references to ensure suitability.
• Facilitate host family orientations prior to student arrival with clear guidance.
• Perform monthly check-ins with host families and students via phone or in-person visits.
• Document all interactions and progress reports in the online system.
