Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Comfortable conducting in-home visits and interviews.

• Reliable transportation for local travel to schools and host family homes.
• Basic computer literacy for online documentation and applications.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit prospective host families within the assigned area to support international student exchange programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with local schools to raise awareness of exchange opportunities.
• Promote public awareness of exchange programs through community outreach and engagement activities.
• Guide prospective host families through the online application process on the organization's website.
• Conduct in-home interviews with potential host families and verify references for suitability.
• Facilitate host family orientations prior to student arrival and provide program guidance.
• Perform monthly check-ins with host families and students via phone or in-person visits.
• Document all interactions and progress in the online system.
