• Build relationships with local schools to promote exchange programs.
• Promote exchange opportunities through community outreach.
• Guide families through online applications and orientation.
• Conduct in-home interviews and verify references.
• Coordinate host family orientations and expectations.
• Perform monthly check-ins with families and students.
• Document all interactions and progress in the online system.
