Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit prospective host families to support international student exchanges.
• Build relationships with local schools to raise awareness of programs.
• Promote exchange programs through community outreach activities.
• Guide host families through the online application process on the organization's site.
• Conduct in-home interviews and verify references for suitability.
• Facilitate host family orientations before student arrivals and provide program guidance.
• Perform monthly check-ins with host families and students via calls or visits.
• Document all interactions and progress in the online system.
