Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications or related major or equivalent experience.
• Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Stream, Copilot, Adobe Analytics, Power BI and other applicable AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the business function's communication strategy with stakeholders.
• Identify content opportunities and edit as needed.
• Edit content for grammar and brand compliance.
• Manage channels: mailings, newsletters, internal articles and news page.
• Leverage knowledge to ensure consistent messaging across audiences.
• Liaise with video production team on internal/external videos.
• Collect and analyze metrics to gauge reach and engagement.
• Develop communication plans for client groups.
• Participate in internal programs as required.
• Prioritize work to meet client commitments and deadlines.
