Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Communications Supervising Associate to enhance internal communications across the Americas Tax Service Line. You will develop and manage internal news articles, newsletters, presentations, and emails, while maintaining process guides and data metrics.

The role requires proactive collaboration with Brand, Marketing, and Communications teams and stakeholders at all levels, strong editing, and ability to balance multiple priorities to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree with a communications or related major, or equivalent experience.
• Typically no less than 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Stream, Microsoft Copilot, Adobe Analytics, Power BI and other applicable AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the business function's communication strategy with stakeholders.
• Identify content opportunities, engage with subject matter experts, and secure reviews.
• Edit content for grammar, quality and brand compliance.
• Manage channels including mailings, newsletters, articles and news pages.
• Ensure consistent messaging across audiences.
• Liaise with video production on internal/external videos.
• Collect and analyze metrics to inform decisions on campaigns.
• Develop communications plans for client groups with various lines.
• Participate in other internal programs as required.
• Prioritize work to meet client commitments and deadlines.
