Job summary

EY is seeking a Communications Supervising Associate to amplify our internal communications strategy within the Americas Tax Service Line. You will develop and manage internal news articles, newsletters, presentations and emails, while maintaining process guides and data metrics.

The role requires collaboration with Brand, Marketing, and Communications teams, strong editing and content creation skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset to operate independently within the function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications or related major, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Stream, Copilot, Adobe Analytics, Power BI and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the communications strategy with stakeholders to meet objectives.
• Identify content opportunities and edit material as needed.
• Edit content for grammar, quality, and brand alignment.
• Manage channels: mailings, newsletters, internal articles and news pages.
• Ensure consistent messaging across audiences; collaborate with video team.
• Collect metrics to assess reach and engagement of campaigns.
• Develop communications plans with client groups and programs.
• Prioritize work to meet client commitments and deadlines.
