Job summary

EY is seeking a Communications Supervising Associate to elevate internal communications across the Americas Tax Service Line. You will develop articles, newsletters, presentations, and emails, partnering with Brand, Marketing, and cross-functional teams.

You'll manage content calendars, analyze metrics, and ensure messaging aligns with brand guidelines while supporting multiple stakeholders and deadlines in a dynamic, global firm.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree with a communications or related major, or equivalent experience.
• Typically no less than 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Stream, Microsoft Copilot, Adobe Analytics, Power BI and other applicable AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the business function's communication strategy, working with the Communications and Engagement team and internal and external stakeholders to support the function's objectives.
• Identify content opportunities, engage with subject matter experts, secure appropriate reviews and approvals, and edit as needed.
• Edit and review content to ensure grammatical accuracy, adherence to quality standards, and compliance with brand guidelines.
• Manage channels for the business function, including mailings, newsletters, internal articles and news page, and more.
• Leverage communications knowledge and expertise to ensure consistent messaging across all audiences.
• Liaise with the video production team on various internal and external videos.
• Collect and analyze metrics to gauge reach, engagement, and other performance measures for internal communication campaigns, helping to inform results-based decision making.
• Work with Service Lines, Industry and/or functional groups to develop a communications plan for specific client groups.
• Participate in other functional/internal client programs as required.
• Effectively prioritize work and balance multiple priorities simultaneously to meet client commitments and deadlines.
