Job summary

EY is seeking a Communications Supervising Associate to enhance internal communications across the Americas Tax Service Line. You will develop and manage internal news articles, newsletters, presentations, and emails, and maintain process guides and data metrics.

The role collaborates with Brand, Marketing and Engagement teams and reviews content for quality and brand alignment. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in communications and 4–6 years of experience, with strong editing,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications or related field.
• Typically no less than 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Stream, Copilot, Adobe Analytics, Power BI and other AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the business function's communication strategy, working with the Communications and Engagement team and internal and external stakeholders to support the function's objectives.
• Identify content opportunities, engage with subject matter experts, secure appropriate reviews and approvals, and edit as needed.
• Edit and review content to ensure grammatical accuracy, adherence to quality standards, and compliance with brand guidelines.
• Manage channels for the business function, including mailings, newsletters, internal articles and news page, and more.
• Leverage communications knowledge and expertise to ensure consistent messaging across all audiences.
• Liaise with the video production team on various internal and external videos.
• Collect and analyze metrics to gauge reach, engagement, and other performance measures for internal communication campaigns, helping to inform results-based decision making.
• Work with Service Lines, Industry and/or functional groups to develop a communications plan for specific client groups.
• Participate in other functional/internal client programs as required.
• Effectively prioritize work and balance multiple priorities simultaneously to meet client commitments and deadlines.
