Job summary

EY is seeking a Communications Supervising Associate to elevate internal communications for the Americas Tax Service Line. You will craft and manage internal news, newsletters, emails, and presentations, while maintaining process guides and data metrics.

The role collaborates with Brand, Marketing, and Communications teams, edits content for quality and brand adherence, and analyzes metrics to inform decisions. Location: remote in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications or related major is required or equivalent experience.
• Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Stream, Copilot, Adobe Analytics, Power BI and other AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the communications strategy with stakeholders to advance function objectives.
• Identify content opportunities and coordinate reviews and approvals.
• Edit content for grammar, quality, and brand compliance.
• Manage channels: mailings, newsletters, internal articles and news pages.
• Ensure consistent messaging across audiences using communications best practices.
• Coordinate with video production for internal and external videos.
• Collect and analyze metrics to measure reach and engagement.
