Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Communications Supervising Associate to elevate our internal communications strategy across the Americas Tax Service Line. You will develop and manage internal news articles, newsletters, presentations, and emails, and maintain process guides and data metrics.

You will collaborate with Brand, Marketing, and Communications teams and work with stakeholders across the firm, balancing multiple priorities to meet deadlines while upholding brand standards and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications or related major or equivalent experience.
• Typically no less than 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Stream, Copilot, Adobe Analytics, Power BI and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the business function's communication strategy with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify content opportunities and manage reviews and approvals.
• Edit content for grammatical accuracy and brand compliance.
• Manage channels: newsletters, internal articles, news pages and emails.
• Coordinate with video production on internal and external videos.
• Collect and analyze metrics to gauge reach and engagement.
• Develop communications plans for client groups with various lines and functions.
• Balance multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
