The role operates with general supervision and can work independently, balancing multiple priorities to meet client commitments and deadlines. A strong editing and storytelling background is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications or related field or equivalent experience.
• Typically 4-6 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the communications strategy with stakeholders to meet function objectives.
• Identify content opportunities and manage reviews and approvals.
• Edit content for grammar, quality, and brand compliance.
• Manage channels: mailings, newsletters, internal articles and news pages.
• Ensure consistent messaging across audiences and collaborate with video teams.
• Analyze reach, engagement, and performance metrics for campaigns.
• Develop communications plans with various groups and client audiences.
• Prioritize work to meet deadlines across multiple projects.
